Bentley Systems User Operations Specialist in Exton, Pennsylvania

Location: Exton, PA (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced individual to support our operations team as a User Operations Specialist based in our Financial Operations group. We look after Bentley's overall user operations support, including contract management, records maintenance, and renewals/sales team support. If you have good communication skills, are well organized, and possess strong technical and numeracy abilities combined with an ability to multitask and hold yourself accountable, then this is the role for you. Accuracy, good comprehension of complex processes, and willingness to work under pressure at times are required.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • CRM account and contract setup expertise.

  • Contract administration and invoice query resolution.

  • Support Renewal Representatives on contract renewals, providing invoices and contract corrections.

  • Processing SELECT Cancellations, new SELECT orders, and new product orders

  • Maintain SAP contract subscription records for contact, product, and pricing accuracy.

  • Abide by product/subscription policies and maintain financial controls.

  • Provide timely, professional, and quality service to the user base.

  • This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.

  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.

  • This role does not require travel.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 2-5 years of customer experience working in a contract administration or shared services environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated professionalism in a results-oriented work environment.

  • Ability to demonstrate rational and logical decision-making and detail-oriented.

  • You have demonstrated skills and experience operating under a metrics-based performance model.

  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM Transformation Projects is highly regarded.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

  • Team player with a strong customer focus.
